- Just agreed to buy the house next door to my mums for £128k as it stands….. I missed out a few years ago at auction when landlord was selling.
I approached the buyer at the time and gave them my number now my elderly neighbour is moving in with her daughter as she’s in her 90s she’s been our neighbour since 1994 the owner who is a builder is willing to sell in it current state done up they are selling for like 180-190k
So lots left in but becoz it need refurbing I am now looking at options to knock it into one house for my mum always been her dream.
